Mr. Earl H Gray IV:

Prior to founding Blue Robin, Mr. Gray was instrumental in the rise of a fast-growing Internet start-up company in Newton, MA, managing the technical support department, and serving as the liaison between customers and management staff. He spearheaded the automation of the provisioning process, and implemented several scripts to set up new customers and their services via multiple running systems. Mr. Gray provided customers with continuous guidance and support, and served as part of the sales team.

Mr. Gray graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York in 2000. During college, Mr. Gray was actively involved with the on-campus broadcast television station (ICTV) and the internet-based college radio station (WVIC). He worked full-time at the on-campus Computer Help Desk and part-time as a TA and computer lab assistant. His passion is technology, and he is a bit of a baseball fan, sneaking away to Red Sox games whenever he has a chance!

Married to his high school sweetheart, living in Waltham, MA with their Daughter, today Mr. Gray successfully manages Blue Robin Inc's finances and personnel, provides process-management guidance to clients, and maintains active partner, client, and agent relationships. Most recently, he oversaw the updating of Blue Robin's SEO service to offer a graphical view of the data, which will better serve Blue Robin customers and ultimately advance the success of Blue Robin as a whole.
