copy this URL by highlighting it and selecting copy:

..The next step is to open up ANY folder on your computer. For this example, I'm going to open up "My Documents".
Where it says c:\Users\Jonathan…, paste the URL you just copied into that area and hit the enter key:

Once you hit enter, you should see a blank window.
Now simply copy and paste the file(s) that you want to upload to Blue Robin into this window. That should do it!
